Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $85 within the United States.
For orders under $85, you can choose from three shipping options:
- Standard shipping: $7.99
- Express shipping: $8.99
- Next-day shipping: $12.99
Order Processing Time
- Standard processing: 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Peak season (November–December): Processing may take up to 3 business days due to higher order volume. We appreciate your patience.
- Orders placed after 2 PM ET begin processing the next business day.
- Weekend orders (Saturday and Sunday) start processing on the following Monday.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped, not from the order date. Estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
- Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express shipping: 2–4 business days
- Next-day shipping: 1 business day (available only for orders placed before 12 PM ET on a business day)
Please note:
- Delivery to remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, rural addresses) may take 2–3 additional business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier strikes, customs, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive it via email once your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your Rillune account.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including:
- Continental US (48 states)
- Alaska and Hawaii (additional transit time may apply)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (via USPS)
- PO Boxes (via USPS only)
We do not currently ship internationally. If you are outside the US and would like to place an order, please email us — we may be able to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Address Issues & Delivery Problems
Incorrect or incomplete address:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error:
- We will contact you to confirm the correct address.
- You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment (actual shipping cost, not the original fee).
If you realize you made a mistake immediately after placing your order, email us at [email protected]. We may be able to correct it before the order is processed.
Undeliverable or refused packages:
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or not picked up from a carrier location, we will refund the product price minus the original shipping fee and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
Lost or stolen packages:
Once a carrier marks a package as “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery location (e.g., locked mailbox, delivery to your workplace).
- Requiring a signature for valuable orders (additional fee may apply — contact us).
- Checking with neighbors and contacting the carrier first if a package is missing.
Weather and other delays:
Severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier capacity issues may delay your delivery. We will notify you via email if we become aware of significant delays affecting your order.
